纯铜平板试样拉伸破坏研究

  摘要:对纯铜平板光滑试样,平板缺口试样和平板剪切试样进行拉伸破坏试验,用晶相显微镜分析了断口形貌和断口破坏方式,结合有限元分析软件ABAQUS对试样的拉伸破坏过程进行数值模拟,分析韧性材料的破坏原因,找出应力三轴度和罗德参数对韧性材料破坏的影响规律。

  Abstract:A series of pure copper flat smooth specimens, flat notch specimen and tablet shear specimens were tested by uniaxial tensile test.And uesedcrystal phase microscope to analysefracture morphology and fracture failure mode.Combined with finite element analysis software ABAQUS to simulate the tensile failure process.This paper studied the reasons of ductile material damage and find the law of thestress triaxialityand lode parameters to ductile material damage.
