摘要:采用旋转弯曲疲劳台架实验、应变测试和断口金相实验相结合的分析方法,对钢车轮的旋转弯曲疲劳失效机理进行研究。实验结果表明,钢车轮的旋转弯曲疲劳寿命分散性较大,疲劳裂纹主要分布在螺栓孔和通风口附近;钢车轮的应变历程是非对称循环;钢车轮表面有多个疲劳裂纹源和海滩状裂纹扩展花样。

Experimental study of steel wheel cornering fatigue1)

Abstract:To study the cornering fatigue failure mechanism of steel wheel, cornering fatigue test of wheel, strain test and fractographic analysis are used. The test results show that the scatter in fatigue life of steel wheel is large and the failure locations are mainly at the around of the cooling hole and the bolt hole of the disc. The strain history of steel wheel is asymmetrical cycle. The further fractographic analysis reveals that multiple crack origins are detected on the surface of the disc, at the same time the fatigue crack features are very obvious.
