  Method and apparatus for electrochemical corrosion monitoring
 
  
  ABSTRACT
 
  The present invention provides a method for simultaneously and continuously monitors the overall working of the metal electrode and the two corrosive localization method and apparatus, wherein the low-frequency, low-amplitude periodic excitation is used for the potential interference with the free corrosion potential in the vicinity electrodes. By means of constant potential relative to the reference electrode to control the electric potential, and the auxiliary electrode is used to facilitate current flow. The current response of the working electrode as a whole and localized corrosion activity is continuously monitored and analyzed. Means are provided for validation on the applied potential excitation current response integrity. As a whole as well as localized corrosion activity both simultaneous and continuous output is also provided.

  本发明提供了用于同时地并且连续地监视工作金属电极的整体以及局部化两种腐蚀的方法及设备,其中低频率、低幅度的周期性的电位激励被用于干扰在其自由腐蚀电位附近的电极。借助于恒电位器相对于参考电极来控制所述电位,并且辅助电极被用于促进电流流动。所述工作电极的电流响应为整体以及局部化的腐蚀活动连续地被监视并且被分析。装置被提供用于验证对被施加的电位激励的电流响应的完整性。为整体以及局部化的两种腐蚀活动同时的并且连续的输出也被提供。
