摘要:本文通过实验研究了PEEK的对称扭转疲劳行为,以及叠加轴向应力的多轴棘轮疲劳行为。发现在实验加载条件下,Ⅱ型裂纹在疲劳裂纹扩展中占主导。拉伸和压缩应力对多轴棘轮行为的影响不一致。拉伸应力越大,PEEK多轴棘轮疲劳寿命越短;增大压缩应力,多轴棘轮疲劳寿命趋于增长。

Study of Multiaxial Ratcheting Fatigue Behavior of PEEK
Abstract:Symmetric torsional fatigue behavior of PEEK and its multiaxial ratcheting fatigue behavior under symmetric cyclic shear strain with constant axial stress were experimentally studied in this paper. It was found that under experimental loading conditions, modeⅡcrack was dominated in fatigue crack propagation. Effects of tension stress and compression stress on the multiaxial ratcheting behavior of PEEK were different. The fatigue life of PEEK decreased with increasing tension stress while it tended to increase with compression stress.
