蜂窝夹芯构件的现场错位散斑检测尝试

  摘要:运用激光错位散斑技术对航空航天蜂窝制件进行了现场检测。当测试对象由人工缺陷样件换成大型的飞行器部件,检测地点换成储存这些部件的工业大厂房时,原本一流的检测设备可能不再灵敏、好用,甚至难以调节到实验室中平常检测所呈现的正常状态。本文描述了现场检测中的一些干扰因素及解决措施。本文提供的检测结果表明这些措施是有效的,此类现场检测是成功的。

InSitu Inspection Of Some Honeycomb Sandwich Compenents By Shearography

  Abstract:Some in-situ Non-Destructive Tests for large honeycomb sandwich components were done and described in this paper. When environmental condition changed, your first-class equipment could be sensitive no longer,even it was difficult to make them work as normal as usual. The effect of surroundings disturbance and the concerned solutions are presented in this paper. The measuring results show that the non-destructive testing on site for these assembly parts is successful.
