摘要:对使用开路循环水、预处理循环水、软水密闭、纯水密闭四种冷却水质和循环方式,使用灰铸铁、球墨铸铁、耐热铸铁、铸钢和铜五种材质的一代服役后高炉冷却壁进行了系统解剖研究。总结并分析比较了不同材质冷却壁的力学性能、导热性能、抗结垢性能、易加工性能和经济性能。揭示了铁基材质冷却壁的微观破损机理和壁内水管的成垢机制。提出了长寿高炉冷却系统设计、生产、维护、管理的技术改进与应用措施。

Abstract: The BF cooling stave after a campaign life made by the materials of grey cast iron, nodular cast iron, heat-resistant cast iron,cast steel and copper and used of open loop water,pretreatment circulating water,soft water closed circulation and pure water closed circulation have been systematically dissectional studied respectively. The comparative analysis of the mechanical property,conducting property,scab retardation property,easy processing and the economical of different materials of cooling stave have revealed the micro damage mechanism of iron-based BF cooling stave and the scaling mechanism of the internal pipe.The technology improvements and application measures for the design,production,maintenance and management of long campaign life BF cooling system were proposed.
