摘要：本文对国际海事组织（IMO）规定的货油舱耐蚀钢腐蚀性能标准及检测技术条件进行了分析，并对我国自主研发的上甲板、内底板腐蚀评价装置进行了介绍。装置相关技术参数均满足IMO规定，具备进行耐蚀钢产品耐蚀性认证能力，为国产耐蚀钢及其配套型材、焊材等的腐蚀评价提供了设备保证。目前，耐蚀钢腐蚀实验室及检测装置已通过了CCS、CMA、CNAS等机构认可，并完成了国内首批耐蚀钢--鞍钢耐蚀钢的腐蚀性能认证工作，是国内最权威的船用耐蚀钢腐蚀评价机构。未来，货油舱耐蚀钢腐蚀检测技术会继续发展，更好地为我国耐蚀钢的应用和推广提供技术支持。

Research and application of marine testing technology of corrosion
resistance steel  based on the IMO standard

Abstract：Testing standards of corrosion resistance for the deck in cargo tank were released by IMO in 2010. In this paper, corrosion testing devices of the deck were explained and technical approaches were expounded, and the technical indexes of the device were introduced. The device can meet the requirements of IMO. The device can be used for corrosion test corrosion resistant steel. Corrosion resistant steel laboratory through CNAS, CMA, CCS certification, and has certification qualification for corrosion resistant steel corrosion. Corrosion resistant steel laboratory completed the certification work of Angang Steel cargo oil tank corrosion resistant steel. This laboratory is the most Authority for corrosion testing of corrosion resistant steel.
